I have such a great care team at Pocahontas Medical Clinic. Tiffany Brumley has been an outstanding provider for my families health care needs. She takes her time and actually respects the fact that you know better than anyone else what your body is telling you. Even tho i loved my previous provider she was difficult to get an appointment with and refills were a real challenge. This clinic has two locations and has sick call options as well. We can always easily get in for any testing and labs that we need. There are also convienent apps and features that they have available as well. Most of the time you can get an appointment the same day or the next. I have never had any insurance or billing issues and the payment arrangements are easy to setup. Staff has always been courteous and friendly.

Doctor didn’t even show for appointment after 1.5 hrs of waiting. Staff made excuses for lack of service; their attitude was this is common to treat patients this way and I would just need to reschedule. Don’t waste your time. Never saw a doctor but my insurance was charged for tests by a doctor I never met. I never received any results - when I inquired. I will be investigating this matter with my insurance provider. it appears this place is all about the money and as far as care, courtesy, and professionalism, those things are thrown to the wind. if I could give NEGATIVE five stars I would.

I really like my PCP, Dr. Brent Holt. He always has time to listen to me and doesn't act like he's in a rush to leave. He cares about his patients. His nurse practitioner, Holly Brigance, is the same way, and she is really good!

The worst possible mistake I made because of the convenience for location. I have had problems with doctors leaving 3 drs in 2 years and now I am having issues with prescription renewals. I am told they have nurses that take care of this between patients instead of dedicating a nurse to do this first thing every day. My mother has had the same problem I am thinking seriously of finding another clinic if the problem continues.
Would not recommend this clinic to anyone

Absolutely do NOT use this clinic. It is in your best interest to find another place to receive care. Especially mental health care.
