I found Rise PT to be well run with caring professionals. I was amazed when my therapist let me know that all of the therapists that work there have doctorate degrees. They have the two most important things for their patients. A high level of knowledge and a caring attitude toward their patients.

Whenever I sent a text to Dr Jessica with a question she responded quickly and with a good response. She not only assisted me with preparation for an upcoming surgery physically she provided a great deal of information that is helping with my recovery.

Dr. Turley and other staff who I also worked with were wonderful. Nobody has really looked at my whole body before and just focused on a specific injury, etc., so I have learned a lot here. I also was always able to bring my very mobile baby with me the days I had no childcare and the staff were so great with her too. I plan to return in the very near future when I can better focus on my needs for once and keep all of my appointments, but my daughter is just the priority right now in life!

There are plenty of options in the NWA region when it comes to physical therapy but the reason I went with RISE was because it was local and it seemed to be a place that cared about their patients and wanted to do their best to help them in their recovering journey. I was paired with Alex and he was the perfect match for me he knew exactly what I had to do to fix my low back issues and thoroughly explained each stretch he assigned to me. They gave an app that keeps track of your exercises and they have videos showing you how to do your exercises in case you forgot. After two sessions with two weeks in between I can say confidently that I have mobility in my lower back again. I can’t recommend RISE more to anyone needing physical therapy. Hopefully I don’t have to go back but if I ever need any help I know exactly where to go and who to visit. Plus it’s local so it’s nice to support the community
