All the staff members are extremely helpful and understanding. We always enjoy going there because they are so encouraging and positive. We’ve had a variety of staff work with us, including the Physical Therapists, who are very knowledgeable and professional. The OT staff, in particular, are very personable and very flexible with my husband, calmly dealing with his shenanigans. We truly appreciate their compassion and adaptability. The front office staff are also incredibly flexible. I’ve had to make several schedule changes, and they always understand. Chris & Kristin were great and helped me get back to a normal life after my car wreck.
My wife Rhonda is also very appreciative of Drew and Melanie who helped her with her knee after a bad fall. Outstanding Experience and Therapy !
From the moment we arrived on Thursday for tour, Ashley introduced us to Krystal who looked at her schedule and got me in the following day to start. The team at Vonore were like family and amazing.
Drew, Chris and Krystal worked with me and were very key on my rehabilitation after total knee replacement. I can’t thank them enough for the attention to detail and care. I truly appreciate it and have referred a few friends
